Duo Resonado
Passionate, captivating and virtuoso, the duo Resonado (formerly Duo Revirado) enthused his audience.
Their contrasting program ranges from classical music, Tango Nuevo, Latin to Jazz music as well as self-compositions, arrangements and improvisations. They present their varied sound both with instrumental music and with sung songs.
The two musicians Alejandro Carrillo and Fabian Zeller can be regularly heard and seen at concert halls and festivals such as “Jazztage Ahrenshoop”.
As fellows of the association “Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now”, the Duo Resonado has been playing in social institutions since 2014.
The Venezuelan violinist and singer Alejandro Carrillo had already played his first concert as a soloist at the age of 4. Since then, he has been a soloist with orchestras such as “Filarmonica Nacional” de Venezuela.
As a member he is playing with orchestras and ensembles such as “Orchestra Simon Bolivar”, “Filarmonica de Jalisco”, “New Chamber Orchestra Potsdam” and “Bolivar Soloists”. Moreover he is a co- founder of “Alcaba, El Cuarteto de Venezuela” and the Duo Resonado.
Since early childhood he has been playing Latin-American folklore.
Numerous concerts in Latin America and Europe with his family quartet “Alcaba” as well as winning the competition “Maurice Hasson” (2004) give him great recognition. Alejandro Carrillo studied violin with professors such as Ulf Wallin, Stefan Hempel and Axel Wilczok at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin and the Rostock Academy of Music and Theater. Actually he is the concertmaster of the Philharomic Chamber Orchestra of Schönebeck.
