About Fabian Zeller
Portuguese-German guitar player Fabian Zeller is a wanderer between the worlds, who naturally connects the emotional intensity of the Fado (Saudade) and his own youthful temperament to the grounded structure and clarity of classical music traditions.
He is in fact a virtuous magician, as not only guitar legend Carlo Domeniconi confirms:
„Such musicians are, what the guitar needs.“
No matter if as a soloist with orchestras such as the Robert-Schumann-Philharmony performing the famous “Concierto de Aranjuez”, or with his own program producing the CD “NovoMundo” in 2018, or in the project Duo Resonado – the young artist receives international credit at festivals such as the “Darmstädter Gitarrentage” or the “Jazzfest Ahrenshoop”, but also in concert halls in Latin America, Asia, and many European countries.
Audiences and the press describe his concerts as „guitar fire“. (Ostseezeitung)
Renowned musicians like Nora Buschmann interpret his compositions that were also published by Edition Margaux Berlin.
Fabian Zeller studied in Germany and Brazil and is among the few musicians, selected to reach the Masterclass “Acoustic guitar” at Dresden’s University for Music.
He is in the final round for the EUROPEAN GUITAR AWARD 2016; and for years, he was supported by the Yehudi-Menuhin-foundation “LIVE MUSIC NOW”.
The Press says about Fabian Zeller:
… sensuous worlds of sound and fiery rythms…
…a concerts in extraordinary atmosphere…
…the Latin roots are mirrored in the music…
…being moved to tears…
